Problem with Firefox opening two windows when connecting from another application link. STILL NOT FIXED. Running on Mac OS Monterey 12.5. There are numerous complaints about this bug but it never got fixed. It has become extremely annoying to me.

lost synced tabs on phone from old imac. goal was to move all tabs on phone to new imac desktop. is this possible? Did I do it wrong? Is this a two way process? Reason was old imac froze on ios upgrade. cannot access FF. bought new imac. Can I recover with extension to access FF account I saw? Thanks

I have been noticing that Firefox browser is being manipulated to obtain confidential information from users.

Is Firefox doing anything to stop this? The crooks who are most likely military and Others affiliated with the government are surreptitiously accessing US Citizens computers and silently obtaining credit card information, banking, Venmo, Zelle Apple Cash, etc. and ROBBiNG citizens.

This is no joke. is Mozilla doing anything to protect their browsers from these hoodlums and corrupt government officials and there hired contractors?

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me log into the KeyBank website. I keep getting this message: "Due to technical concerns, your current version of Firefox is no longer an option for KeyBank online banking. Nothing is wrong with your account. You simply need an updated browser – like the most up-to-date version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox – to sign on to online banking." My Mac indicates I have an up-to-date version of Firefox (78.10.0esr (64-bit) Thank you

In Firefox, and only in Firefox, I get 'Failed to verify your identity' on these sites. I have updated MacOS and Firefox, rebooted, tried a different DNS, and disabled all of my extensions. With extensions disabled I don't get the error, but the login site won't accept my login at all. See the attached image. I can't think of anything else to try.

Every time Firefox is opened it gives an error message (see image).

I have tried:

• Deleting and reinstalling.
• Deleting Firefox folder in //users/xxxxxxx/Library/Application Support & //Library/Caches then uninstalling Firefox.
• Both above using older Firefox versions.

This issue is happening on all of the Macs in our org. We have no custom configurations. The pkg is installed via FileWave device management. It occurs whether installed through FileWave or manually.

When I download an attachment from Gmail, I would like to just download it. However, Firefox now opens the attachment in a new tab before I can download it. Is this new? Is there a way to turn this off?

Hi there. I have a MacBook Air. It is running on 13.2.1 (22D68), which I think is Ventura. A couple of days ago I noticed that while I can still download any attachment to the browser from gmail or hotmail, I can no longer drag and drop to my desktop. I have tried the download/drag and drop to my desktop capability on Safari from both gmail and hotmail, and it works fine. This seems to be a Firefox issue. Can you please tell me what I need to do to fix this issue? Thank you so much! Firefox is the best! James H.

For example: When I'm working on a Washington Post (LATimes) crossword puzzle, the internal link to "settings" doesn't work on Firefox, but it does on Safari.

For example: When I'm on the website for my apartment building, the internal links to "maintenance requests" and "make payments" work on Safari but not on Firefox.

I frequently try to save pages as PDFs. When I print the page directly to a printer, no problem. When I save the PDF, it's usually munged and not a valid PDF file (very small or 0 bytes). Example URL: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/07/01/science/bacteria-microbes-electricity.html

Makes an empty PDF while when I do Print and then Save as PDF. I'm on Apple OS 10.13, using Firefox 67.0.4. This problem has been with us for a while (> 1 year I believe) and happens on all my machines.

I'm running Firefox 115.18.0esr For a month now, tabs have crashed constantly. That is, *every single tab* crashes sooner or later and usually it's sooner. It's making Firefox unusable.

I know my desktop is old and my OS is considered obsolete, but still, I'm a fan of Firefox and want it to work. I'm running OS 10.13.6 (which I can no longer update) on a iMac mid-2011.

Any advice much appreciated.

I'd love to have Firefox release version and Firefox beta installed side-by-side on my Mac. Is it possible? If not, how do I make it so without encountering weird problems? If any from Firefox's dev team are reading this, please just make this possible. Chrome and Edge do it. Firefox should, too, IMO. Thank you.

I wanted to upgrade and update my Firefox to the latest version. Encountered some errors so I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled Firefox' latest version. Now all of a sudden all my Add-ons / Plugins / Extentions on the latest version of Firefox for Mac OS is gone...

Tabs to not reliably reopen after closing Firefox. The latest occurrence, but not the only one, was after updating macOS 13 on a Mac Mini M1 using current version of FireFox.

I have read multiple help pages and double and triple checked settings. My work around has been to Bookmark All Open Tabs each time I close FireFox or shutdown the Mac - doable but a nuisance.

Aliexpress.us will not load - Firefox cannot/will not redirect. Cleard cookies/catch, etc.- put exception for website in privacy. No change. Safari loads website just fine. Any ideas? OSX 15.2

Thought I should bring it to your attention. My default browser is Firefox and I use Earthlink as my email. Earthlink just informed me that Firefox no longer supports Earthlink. They have asked me to switch to Google Chrome where my email works fine. If you need to contact me , my phone is [phone# removed from public] and my name is Ken Westlund. Microsoft Excel is no longer listed i Applications as download option. All files downloaded automatically are stored as Microsoft Word files, not just excel files. I can change individual files manually to .xlsx which is a nuisance, but this also happens with Zip files (7Zip) and I am at a loss as to how to change them when they are downloaded as a Word document.

This does not happen on a newer MacBook Pro, but I need it to work with the older version. The older Mac is MacBook Pro 9.2 with MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7 Firefox is version 103.0
