Hello, I moved from TB 102 to 115 some months ago. I've just noticed that TB appears two times in my Win10 22H2 Apps & Features:

I'm tempted to use Uninstall on the 102.3.0 occurrence but I don't want to mess things up. What is the best way to remove the duplicate in Apps & Features? Thanks.

How can I donate to mozilla as an Indian user? Currently, mozilla doesn't accept rupay cards, which is mainly used in India. PayPal also doesn't work in India. We have an alternative PayTM for it. Is there any way to donate without using visa or Mastercard?

Hi! Yesterday i updated my firefox to last version and i got my UI way too big, so today i looked online for some fix on that. I found a fix saying if you add a line in about:config site with the parameter "ui.textScaleFactor" with a value of 100 it will be fixed. but by mistake i changed it to 10 insted of 100 so when i open firefox i have a super big black screen

most of my problems are i can't reinstall firefox because it made the same weird big ui problem. There is any way to fix it?

I reset my PC and reinstalled Firefox last month, but my bookmarks were never recovered after I logged in my Firefox account. A couple of months ago I installed Firefox on another PC (to which I no longer have access) and it showed all the synced bookmarks, but this time it doesn't. What should I do? Thank you

Have one PC that thunderbird is crashing on. Program appears on the screen for a second or two then crashes, then I get the crash report popup. I tried starting thunderbird in safe mode and had the same results. Cannot take screenshot of problem (pop up ms from Amazon via Firefox) . . as soon as I pick up the phone or attempt any action whatsoever, the message box disappears. And since I have a fingerprint access option on, the moment my finger touches the screen for full access there is no record of the message for screen capture. Also, if I do nothing, the screen goes black (normal, with time/date etc visible) within a few seconds after the message appears . . though it is waiting for me to touch the screen at which time it reappears again for a few seconds. So it is pick up the phone . . trigger motion detection . . message box appears . . wait a couple of seconds . . black screen . . touch or pick up the phone . . message box . . black screen etc. I can of course do the fingerprint scan and have full phone features, but the preliminary nag "box message" all the time bugs the hell out of me. In the text of my "complaint" I quoted what the message says, it is not from Firefox but does have a tiny Firefox logo upper left. The small rectangular window also has a left/right "full return" arrow (grayed out each one) with a black "pause" button in between the two arrows, and it is not grayed out. However nothing happens if I touch it. In very small print under the main text (first few words of my Amazon review) is a link to the Amazon page where I posted a review of a product. The message itself that I refer to is NOT from Firefox, but is comprised of the first few words of my review headline (not all of it but most) on the Amazon product comment review page. So even though the "content" of the unwanted message is from Amazon, the Firefox logo nevertheless appears (very tiny) in the upper left of the rectangular window, so it appears to be a composite error interaction between Firefox and Amazon. How to tell Firefox to stop posting it? Or how to tell Amazon that their software is somehow involved? I haven't a clue . . ! This is a re-written complaint . . the original one resulted in an email request from "Seburo" who asked for a screenshot, but did not provide a return email address that functioned. So I am posting here a second time, thanks.

I deleted a mail account from TB and now, every time I open TB, I get the prompt for logging into that account. I can cancel it but it pops up again and again. The account on the prompt has the same name as the one I have now but it asks me to log on a different server (the server I used on the deleted mail account). Other than deleting my mail account again, uninstalling and re-installing TB and re-adding the mail account (all these I would like to avoid if possible), I don't know what else to do. I don't even know if this would work to be honest. Help is greatly appreciated.

Previously one could tap view, and see exactly all the transmission details of emails, especially spam or phishing, and I could highlight, copy and paste to send to SpamCop or phishing.gov.uk so the sender could be traced and blocked. This feature seems to have gone with the new update. Sorry if thick but am 79 yo Geri. Cheers and thanks

Well, I have applied all the options about proxy settings with the same result of long time for opening websites when first start of firefox. During these months I took notice to the one point, i.e. if I open website using firefox in the earlier morning there is no problem with the speed of opening as well as if I open another browser of edge the last one opens website without any delay. So the challenge of long time opening websites when the first start of firefox is still in force. How to resolve this?

Scrolling in Firefox is causing any webpage to scroll many lines at once with a single click, and it seems to be exclusively happening to Firefox, as every other application scrolls normally. I have tried searching here and elsewhere for a solution, and I have tried to change about:config settings based on the recommendations I could find to no avail. I have also tried to refresh Firefox and have used Troubleshoot Mode, but those too have not worked. I have no clue as to what could have caused this, as I have not been messing with any settings prior to this.

Hello, I have NEVER had problems with [Currently using:Thunderbird 60.9.1 (32-bit). Can I update to current Thunderbird with no problems?] Or - simply NOT fool around and stay with the above version?

As of this morning, the Firefox browser on my work computer does not get access to any website - including mozilla itself. On the same computer Safari works without problems, on my smartphone and in the same wifi network my mobile Firefox works.

What is wrong?
