Have one PC that thunderbird is crashing on. Program appears on the screen for a second or two then crashes, then I get the crash report popup. I tried starting thunderbird in safe mode and had the same results. Here are the last two crash reports, I have more if needed. bp-69869915-73ce-42e9-ab1b-30bbf0221122 bp-2b617d21-dc6c-4dcb-863f-27ff50221122

Thank you for any help that you may offer.

Must have been something in the profile that was causing the crash. I setup the account on a different pc and it worked fine. I then deleted the profile from the problem pc and copied the profile from the second pc and everything is working now.

bud13, I was actually looking at this a few days ago.

Does it still reliably crash? And what is your very first crash report ID?

Prior to your earliest crash on Nov 10, can you estimate how long had you been on version 102, and had you been keeping up with updates?

It's on the "release update channel" so I don't know when it updated.
