I am using Firefox for my emails and I can't now see some of the Unread Messages on my screen. My Firefox version seems to have changed and before it had a folder of Unread Messages and it still does but when I click on that word, it does not show the Unread Messages.. There are 8 messages there so how can I see them?

I can't find any way to group windows. Yes, "windows".

I have about three dozen windows open (yes, there are a lot of tabs in them), and not just at home. And it’s hard to quickly find your bearings when you need to switch to another task (workspace). It would be nice to at least change the color of the windows, depending on the type of work. But in the API API I don’t see the ability to define a window property where you can specify a group identifier, which can be used to restore the color after re-opening FireFox.

If FireFox had a built-in or its own reliable extension for organizing thematic work, a deferred workspace (without losing the contents of windows). Arc browser - they realized that what browsers have been denying for a decade is already overdue, and they will be able to take over the market.

I tried several extensions for saving, restoring and organizing workspaces, and came to a clear conclusion: only the built-in FireFox solution for restoring windows after a crash/opening is the only truly reliable solution. There is no trust in extensions that are not supervised by a good team of developers and testers; there is a guarantee that data will be lost in the near future.

It is possible that in recent years some expansions have been completed. I'd be glad to know about it if you point it out. But here a question arises on a separate topic: improving the mechanism for rating and testing extensions, recommended extensions program.

Can't get to Google apps from google home page. Dots for Google apps not there. Only way they appear is to search for something. Otherwise you can't get to apps (no nine dots) or even sign in to google. Nosigh-in box either on first open of browser. Thanks for the help.

Firefox is not allowing me to use my prefered font for websites that I visit. This seems to have happend with a update to the browser as I never had a problem before. I do everything that is explained in the HELP section, but still fonts are choosen by the website. I do have "let websites choose their own font" unchecked. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I was using PC and a window popped up saying "allow Firefox to make changes" and I clicked allow! Shortly thereafter my PC froze and I had to power it down. Now Firefox looks completely different and all my bookmarks and links to everything is gone. Also all my saved email logins and information!

Hi, for months now, Mozilla, keeps crashing, or asking me to install new updates very frequently. Today it told me I have an old version (I do not) and that I need to create a new profile. I love your privacy policy but am about to give up your product. I have an IT dep and they were not able to help either. Best of luck fixing these bugs

I got a message three times saying, "you have tried too many times, try again in 15 minutes". Well of course. I don't know what I am doing. I'm just trying to get the tabs on my desktop on to my laptop.

I do not know what to do how to even report this properly.

Within a month, this is the 3rd time a saved login/password combo has just disappeared from firefox.

It's a tad alarming to say the least.

And no, I have not deleted them, they are just ... gone.

The screenshot below shows exactly what happened to me yesterday when I was prompted by your Firefox pop-up window to update as I have done many times before without incident. Two minutes after clicking on the update request a pop-up window came on my screen with what appeared to be from Microsoft Tech dept. It had a warning message that my computer may have been hacked and a phone number that I must call. I had no choice then to call the number as my computer was frozen/locked. In addition, now my Norton software is suggesting I no longer have "internet Security" which would always say '"Firefox secured'"??? please help me understand why my internet is no longer secured by Firefox? I have friends who can access the content on this page https://www.johren.games/games/taimanin-rpgx-extasy-zh-tw/play/ and I cannot find what i need to update or block to get it to work. I have stopped my adblockers. It was working last night Oct 24th for a bit but now it doesn't anymore.

I have cleared the cache, cookies and history. I can use Google Chrome just fine, but do not want to. They only way that I can get to any website is via Troubleshooting Mode. This is getting quite frustrating. I see that others are having the same problem. I use the Standard for browsing. This has been going on for a couple weeks. At first, I tried to get it to work by changing to No Proxy, it was working. Then it did not. I have read through what others are going through and they seem to have the same problem. There has to be some way to fix this. I even ran a complete virus scan that takes up to 10 minutes, and it did not find an issue, so I think this is a major bug on the Moz://a side. Any help would be greatly appreciated. You guys are the best!! Thank you.

I'm not very computer savvy but I followed a website a few months ago to edit Firefox so it'd default to dark mode. I think I went in and edited source code? I can't find the instructions anymore but I'd like to revert back to the original setting. How do I do that? I tried to refresh Firefox but it's still coming back with some websites in dark mode and some not. Please advise!

I'm sick and tired of restarting your f*g browser each time I need to paste something in a form on a page. It's frozen each time I press Ctrl+C somewhere outside your browser and return to it. I am forced to close it and restart it! It's been a year since this bug or even more.

I have macbook. When I open a puzzle e.g. sudoku, the puzzle costantly jiggles about (which I have video of). When same puzzle is opened in PC, ipad or Safari this doesn't happen. Why?

FIrefox previously would list my favorite quick reference tabs in any open window. Now I have to open a new window or tab to get this option. Classic example of upgrades removing convenient features. Is this a setting that I cannot find?

I go to www.archive.org on a regular basis. Now though, all I get is a blank screen and when I click on the small figure at the address bar, I get the meassage "Connection not secure"

Why is this suddenly happening? In the week since I was there last, I have not changed any hardware or software.

Even though I discovered that "private mode" will get to that page, I like to keep my history file complete for when I need to refind something. I don't want to have to start using ":private mode" for browsing.

I really don't care if it is not a secure site. I trust it and want to go there. How do I override this so I can get back to a site that I have visited hundreds of times before this problem showed up?

BTW, cookies and caches have been cleared out. The computer has been rebooted. My internet connection has been reset (several times). The results have not changed. None of my other frequently visited sites does this. Only www.archive.org

Recently I have had multiple occurrences of Firefox "freezing" and I have to shutdown the browser which then reports the fault to Microsoft. It seems to happen when I click on the button to Maximise the browser window. I'm running Windows 11. It generally does restore the browser tabs successfully but is nevertheless irritating and a recent phenomenom.

Lately, every time I turn on my computer, Google comes up as my browser. I believe that Avast, for which I have a paid subscription, is responsible for this hijacking. I have never used Google as a browser, nor do I wish to. I have to constantly maneuver to use Firefox. I am not omputer savy, so I need help.

1. How can I prevent this? 2. Is there a Federal Agency to complain to? 3. Is Firefox aware of this?
