Hello, I use a website, MySubaru.com, that has always loaded on my iMac (10.12). Lately what I get is a blank screen whether from the bookmark or the website in Google. Strangely enough, the site loads fine using Safari and on my MacBook and iPhone. Any suggestions? Thank you, Eric

My employer sent me a link to sign up for an employment planning service. I need to enter my name, DOB and their entry code. The second line is being blocked and I cannot type in it. I need to type their entry code on this line. I have attached a copy of the screenshot. I am not sure what the Mask limit is for this line as it is not a line that I am typing my email address in.

I had jira as my default search engine (https://jira.<mydomain>.com). This continues to work on my existing profile. But i am unable to add it on a new profile, I get an error "Firefox could not install the search engine from: https://jira.<mydomain>.com/osd.jsp"

So, i tried copying the existing profile folder and using that folder for the new profile, but firefox removes the jira search engine and gives me a warning saying that the default search engine was changed to Google (screenshot attached)

Is there a way to get this added via a hack of some kind? I wanted separate profiles so that I keep my project profiles separated - bookmarks, cookies, scripts etc.,

For about a month how I find that the Firefox download list opens by itself multiple times during the day. Most of the time I'm not even actively using firefox, it's just idling in the background. When it first happened I figured it'd be a quickly patched bug and so didn't ask around about it. But I've had a ff update since then and it still happens. Does anyone know why this is happening? I have not seen reports of this via search.

I'm on ff 9.0.1.

After i just updated Firefox to newest version .. I can not load any website anymore!!!!!! please make it so i can return to the previous version ASAP so everything works again.

Al those other solutions you guys give like clear cache disable en able etc don't work and take hrs of time

When I open an email from the inbox view to read it, it always goes into write/edit/reply/send mode(not sure what to call that mode). It's only just started to happen.

Is this a config/settings error I could have caused ? Other Suggestions?

I have forgotten how to print individual addresses from my Thunderbird address books! I know I've done it in the long-ago past--perhaps 10 years ago--with no problems, but I can't figure out how to do it now. Help--and thank you!

Whether I was in the standard Firefox search window, or Google, or DuckDuckGo (my preferred choice), I was able to click on a specific topic in the search window and have it automatically open a new window within the Firefox window settings. I can no longer do this with Firefox 100.

Please fix!

I have searched the help to increase the size of the opening page fonts in - email subjects and account names. I am using the most recent update of Thunderbird. Per what I saw in the help I went to layouts.css.devPixelsPerPx and changed -1.0 to 1.2. Closed the config editor and returned to email - no change. I shut down Thunderbird and opened it again - still no change in the font size. I reset the setting in Config Editor and tried 1.25 - still no change. Tried -1.25 still no change. Each time when I go back to this setting in config editor - the number has been changed - but does nothing to change the font.

None of the font settings in Preferences have any effect on the opening page of Thunderbird.

I have some visual impairment and need these fonts larger. There has to be a way to do it. At one time these fonts were larger. There must be a way to change these - and why it is not easily built in to Preferences is terrible - and makes Thunderbird useless to those with minor visually impairment.

I need help in resolving this - there has to be a way.

I believe this issue started ever since I upgraded my PC to Windows 11, and has persisted through a full reinstall. I continually get intermittent SSL errors of all types when visiting any websites. Simply refreshing the page temporarily resolves the issue, but I'd estimate 20% of the time when I try to load a webpage I get the error. This does not happen on any other browser, or Firefox on any other device on my network. Interestingly I believe this even happened on the same machine inside a Linux VM in VMware, but I'm not 100% I am remembering that right. So far, I have tried various fixes including resetting certificate authorities and changing Firefox to use the Windows certificate store in about:config, but nothing has worked so far. I'm all ears for any ideas.

Can my registered email address be changed? The user settings make it appear that it can't. If so, how do I precede if/when my email address changes (which may happen at the end of this month)?

The credit card autofill shows all the credit cards but when I click on any of them it does not autofill. Ive used this hundreds of times before and it worked fine. I never changed any settings and the autofill setting is on.

Firefox does not print the right edge of web pages that are made in landscape mode.

I set FF to "Fit to page width" but it does not print the right edge. It's cut off.

And there is no Orientation option available. Not sure if that has any significance because it supposed to "Fit to page width" anyway.

What's the work around to fix this?

The use of a separate filter set for each Thunderbird account can be a major pain for some users. I have 32 email accounts (some of them disposable) in a number of domains for a large number of purposes. Sometimes several accounts need the same filter, so when I add a filter I add it to the dominant account, and then have to copy that filter set to the other 31 accounts. I suggest adding an option that would use the same filter set (the one for the dominant account makes the most sense) to be used for every account, eliminating the need to copy filters.

I tried to log in to my bank and it says "access denied." I may have changed a setting or something on Firefox or my VPN. I'm confused, am not very computer savvy. I went to Apple store last weekend for phone and they said I should use Safari for info security, so I made that default on my Mac Mini (where I'm writing now) for a couple days, but then got blocked from a website where I plan to apply for a job, so I went back to Firefox, after I read articles saying that Firefox is more secure. I am using a VPN, so is that part of the problem ? (shouldn't be, because I have had that for a year or so). I don't know what to do, and it is after 12:45 am now, and I have to go to bed, have to get up for work in 6 hours. I hope someone has some help for me when I log in tomorrow. I use the recent activity page as a homepage with the icons of the websites that I most frequently use. but i can't figure how to adjust/pick the icons (websites) that I want to appear on this page. Something is picking them for me. And when I delete an icon another one pops in place but is generally a website I rarely use. How can I choose the icons (websites) that I want to appear on this page?

My picture-in-picture remains in full screen, even if I double click with my mouse. When I click the ESC button it just closes completely. I have restarted both Firefox and my computer, but I keep getting the same problem. Not just in YouTube either, also on other websites.
