I was told by Blue Cross tech support that to regain access to their portal, I need to replace my old Fepblue.org password with a new one within my Firefox browser. How do I do that?? Apparently, the Firefox browser doesn't recognize the new password I submitted to Fepblue. portal. Please help? Thanks

I keep on getting pop-up ads like the one shown. It started only fairly recently. I have done everything that the Internet suggests but still cannot get rid of them. The ads claim to be from google but somehow I feel they come from some malware. But I can't find the malware.

I recently took a hit from potential malware while looking for a owners manual. I now have a popup that looks like the one attached. It looks to be from Mozilla, but I can't be sure. Can you help with this?

a webside is not avalable when i use Firefox as Browser. It hase a valid SSL-Certificate. When i use chrome, edge, opera or vivaldi i can open the webside normaly. Only Firefox does not work. How can i fix that?

the Ask to Save Website Passwords Option keeps Deselecting itself, it will not stay selected

Because of that, the Auto fill Username & Password fields do not populate.

I have already Uninstalled Firefox, removed all files from my system, deleted all Firefox App Data from my system, Reinstalled Firefox from Scratch, reconfigured all, but can not get this working correctly

hi, well I deleted and distrusted a certificate. now I'm trying to import the same certificate but it doesn't work. when i add the certificate i does not show anything on the certs list.

Just pointing out the idiocy of this software... despite having tabs with multiple pages of the same host website open, Muppet-Zilla FireFux starts giving me the old Secure Connection Failed rubbish. Take the link, open it in public of MFF, it opens fine. Even a page that was open fine, try to open a link it, Secure Connection Failed rubbish. Hit the back key, A PAGE THAT WAS OPENED, then Secure Connection Failed rubbish. Yet in CCLeaner, Vivaldi, Chrome, Edge, no issues. So, I guess the message in that is clear - uninstall MFF, never install again. Good to know.

I'm having a problem with my phone's security. VirusTootal detects the Trojan for me in applications where the Trojan is not present.

I've tried cleaning my phone.but it doesn't help.

I'm using F-Droid and I'll use this example to tell you what's going on. for some time now I have been updating almost all the new ones that I download zl from there I also download with a Trojan, these applications are clean in other users. And I'm sure they're okay, but not for me. I don't know what's going on, I thought they were false positives but why would I be the only one who has it?

The ones from Google Play have some too. Be it from github or fdroid -It doesn't matter :( Some manage to be clean, but really these are the cases.. Of course, I also downloaded mods. I was using Lightspeed today, and the website pops up a confirmation dialog box (probably through JavaScript) so that you can confirm that you want to do a specific action. I got annoyed with the dialog and clicked the included "Don't allow this website to show prompts anymore" box when I hit OK. But now it won't perform any action that requires you to hit the OK in the prompt, so I need to make the dialogs come back so I can do my job. I can't find any setting anywhere in the browser that I have actually disabled or changed by hitting the box in that prompt.

Can anyone tell me how to blacklist incoming emails from selected addresses?

I can get T-bird to send unwanted emails to the "Junk" folder, but there are some that I would prefer not to even show up on my end, but rather delete them before they even get here (Facebook being the prime offender - hundreds of people I have never even heard of sending baby photos, etc.).

I contacted my ISP and was told that I needed to do this from the T-bird end. I cannot find anything in the Support section that addresses this problem. Thank you, Wolfgang

My Windows Task Scheduler contains an entry called "Firefox Default Browser Agent". If I delete it, it returns. If I disable it, it re-enables itself. Can't be modified either. How do I turn it off permanently?

I already have telemetry and automatic updates both turned off.
