When I receive an email from Firefox Accounts (for example when I sign in on a new device), the email is in French instead of English. All other menus and webpages from Mozilla are correctly in English. It's only Accounts emails that have this problem.

There is no language option on the settings page at accounts.firefox.com. My language is set to English on every browser I'm signed in on, and my IP is in an English-speaking region. My email client and devices are set to English as well.

My guess is that a Firefox Accounts setting was changed to French many years ago, and at some point that setting was removed, leaving it stuck in French. Anyone know a way around this?

In the past few weeks i cannot sign in to my accounts with different vendors like Amazon. A pop up window appears when I click on "Sign In" and the window states, and I quote: "Open in another app

                                                                                                         Would you like to leave Firefox to view this content?"
                                                                                                          Cancel                     Open 

If I click on Cancel it will let me enter the email or phone number in the site pop up box. But, once entered and pressing the continue box, which would normally take you to the password box, it brings up the same window as above. Then it does not matter whether i click on Cancel or Open, it will not give me a password box and will not take me to the site. It presents a page that states We're sorry, The web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site. So, I cannot call any Firefox Tech person and get this straightened out. Also today, the website icons I have saved to my home page were greyed out today. I went to Verizon and they determined it was an issue with Firefox since that is how I accessed those sites and used that search engine to save them to the home screen. I decided to reload those one at a time and then erase the greyed out icons. When I got the 3rd one done the other 29 became live again. Not sure what is at issue here but i do need assistance. When I have "Open links in apps" turned on, for some reason all links to xda-developers.com URLs are directed to the Nextcloud app — which obviously doesn't know what to do with them.

I enjoy the "open in app" feature but this is frustrating. I checked in the app information settings that the Nextcloud app doesn't open any URLs by default, and certainly not specific to xda-dev...?

I can't figure out why Firefox Focus for Android is opening Amazon links by default. It isn't set as the default browser, as far as I can tell it doesn't have anything set to open by default. Usually I have the option to choose which browser to open a link with because I have multiple browsers installed.

I'm using a Galaxy s22 Ultra running Android 13. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I'm trying to add a new Google Gmail account I just recently created to my iOS 17 iPhone 13Pro Gmail app and it's telling me I need to use a browser that has JavaScript enabled. I'm using Firefox as my default browser. How do I enable JavaScript so that Google will let me add my new email account?

I am having an issue sending a tab to another device from the Actions menu on IOS. I used to be able to click the Firefox icon and it would give me the options to: Open, Load, Bookmark, add to reading and send to Device. When I select "Send to Device" it says "You don't have any other devices connected to this account available to sync.

It is worth noting that if i am in firefox i CAN send tabs and all the available devices show up. This issue is ONLY from the action button which I use quite a bit to send stuff to my desktop to read later.

I just downloaded firefox nightly for the sole purpose of being able to use the about:config editor. My question is, how can I disable the blue dots in both the screenshots attached? I find it annoying to be bothered when any application notify me that an update has been installed. Where in about:config should I search to disable this behavior?

I'm not even in California, much less Sacramento.

Google account addresses Not in California! Locations for search results always shows Sacramento.

FireFox search cashed cleared. FireFox app closed. Phone reloaded.

Not yet Firefox reinstalled. Last time done ALL SHORT CUTS & BOOKMARKS LOST! ANOTHER MAJOR HINDERANCE.

And NO, THERE IS NO GOOD FIX FOUND SEARCHING FIREFOX SUPPORT. NOTHING FROM GOOGLE EITHER. ALL THE SIMPLE LOGICAL "SET MY ADDRESSES". NEED REAL FIX

i have an ipad, and i've been searching up and down in the settings for a "general" or even "performance" tab like i've read articles and such tell me to do but i can't find them, how do i turn off hardware acceleration? please and thank you!!

I have an issue when I try to set Firefox as my default browser on Huawei P20 lite (EMUI 9.1) device.

When I go to the app Settings--> Set as default browser option, I'm not getting the default apps page (screenshot 3). Instead, a premission settings page (screenshot 1) is popping up, and the button on Settings--> Set as default browser, is still grey (screenshot 2).

Earlier today, I've installed Firefox Focus browser, and when I tried to set it as my default browser, everything worked as it should, and the page of defaults apps opened up (screenshot 3).

I'll be very happy to know if this is a bug related to my device, or it happens with other devices.

...Desktop site option setting does not stick! After switching tabs for 5 mins, it changes back to mobile site view & I HAVE TO X out of tab, reopen it, & check desktop site again! You can't just reset the desktop site option on & off either, doesn't work. You MUST X out the tab & start all over. ...It's a real pia! In older versions it always worked, always defaulted even days later! However, NOT in the last few versions, why can't it still currently work now? It should! ...And god for bid you find any real support! And probably won't get it here either. ...."IS" there ANY real, live support around here? A developer email? Anything??? I Have gone thru absolutely every menu setting visible in FF for Android... and there has been no current findable answer provided in the forums. What's the deal? This should be easy. If it's just no longer an option, please say so. There's Nothing under "Enhance Tracking Protection" whether OFF or "standard"; Nothing under "Customization"; Nothing under "Private Browsing"; Nothing under "HTTPS ONLY" -- Not when enabled or Disabled; Nothing under "Site Permissions"; Nothing under "Exceptions". I use Dashlane password manager which only half works in Firefox on my Samsung s22 Ultra. I have to manually open Dashlane copy a password and paste it into Firefox. At that point it would automatically fill. But that's not the real problem. I opened up the clipboard and found a whole collection of my passwords. How do I set up Firefox to clear the clipboard on exit?

Firefox on Android won't display pop-ups. I've checked privacy setting but there's no checkbox for a popup blocker. Also tried about:config but didn't find any setting to change. Any ideas on how to be sure Firefox is comfigured to allow popups? I participate on a Zoom webinar and can't start Zoom through Firefox so have to use Chrome.

There used to be an optio open in app option under 3 dot menu right hand corner but after updating to latest version it has gone.

I need that option badly. Please help getting that back I don't want to clear data or uninstall as it will completely ruin many settings logins layout ETC it will be chaos for me

Im using Firefox android on my new pixel 7. I found that the 'add to home screen' option is not available on the ... List. I searched for solution. Someone say click on Install option. But there's no install option either.

The add to home screen is available on my old moto phone

Does anyone have this same issue and have a solution how to fix this? I very much appreciate all your help!
