I had Firefox set to load 4 tabs when started. Something has changed recently and now it seems as if the same 4 sites keep repeating somehow. I have set the Home/Custom URLs to these 4 sites, but cannot prevent them to load again when already loaded.

When I turn off the windows animations in Windows 10 the font on Twitter.com changes somewhat. I believe it is altering the character spacing/scaling.

I have not had this behavior on other browsers (Brave, Edge, Chrome & OperaGX tested). I have not noticed this on other websites, but I also haven't really looked.

This is not a critical issue for me, but I think it's worth mentioning

For about a week now YouTube doesn't display correctly. No content shows. I can open private browsing and works fine. Also works fine on other browsers just not Firefox.

I'm on an iMac running Firefox version 124.0.2 and I've tried disabling all add-ons but nothing has changed to the browser so shouldn't cause any issues.

Any help?

I have the latest version of Firefox (124.0.1) that I'm using on macOS (14.4). The problem is that the whole top section of the browser (tab bar, location bar, and bookmarks bar) is dimmed out a lot of the time. Including when the browser has desktop focus. This, as you might imagine, is very annoying.

Don't know what's changed, I haven't done anything to Firefox that would make this happen. Wondering if this is a bug in the latest version that will be fixed, or if I need to pursue this. My plan would be to log out of my Mozilla account on the browser, reset all the settings, then log back into my Mozilla account in the hopes that this is something that won't survive that process; i.e. not saved in my saved settings.

I'm about at the point of stopping use of Firefox, which I really don't want to do, if I can't fix this due to eyestrain from squinting at dimmed tabs, etc. If this is a release-related problem, I can put up with it until it's fixed.

Images in some hotmail emails do not show. A blank space or a large space with a tiny icon (I don't know what it is) in the upper left hand corner is where an image should be. A right click in that space will allow the image to be opened in another tab.

I am using a laptop with Windows 7. I know support for that is ending soon.

Using another browser solves the problem, but I don't want to do that.

why do my add-ons keep getting disabled?

ff keeps disabling add-ons that i have used for years and even keep a v. 5 to use the older add-ons and use the latest ff developer to use w/ more modern websites. ff even disables add-ons that worked perfectly well in ff developer and does not even give me the opportunity to re-enable them like i could before.

is there any way to force my old version to let ME decide what i want disabled/enabled?

Hello, Firefox randomly downloaded a file, with seemingly randomly name, that is 0 bytes and in download manager the source is moz-safe-about. It happened when I was accessing a popular wiki site. I opened the file in notepad, it was empty. I put it on virus total and came back negative, as it is an empty file. I've curbed through the support tickets here, using the keyphrase 'moz-safe-about'. I understand this was/is quite a common problem, but it still makes me quite worried and left a sour taste in my mouth, as I haven't understood any of the explanations. I have enabled firefox to ask me whenever it wants to save something (I have no idea why this isnt the default state). Happened on a somewhat fresh, updated win 11 installation. I'm also attaching more information here with a picture. Long story short: should I be worried? Am I overreacting and this is just some sort of a bug that occurred while getting a sites data? I recently installed windows 11 PRO N . I installed firefox and logged in . seems like I don't have audio in all sites except youtube . what I tried I tried other browsers .. they all work fine I tried opening firefox without ADD-ons and same issue many people suggest I should download media feature pack but it seems like I do not have that feature in the latest windows 11 update . and I cannot download it separetely . I'd appreciate a way to help me solve this issue or a direct link to download this media feature pack . or any other solution , thanks in advance

I'm trying to access a site I need for school. It was working fine earlier today but for some reason in the last 5 hours I keep seeing this "An error occurred during a connection to learningtofilm.com. The OCSP response does not include a status for the certificate being verified. Error code: MOZILLA_PKIX_ERROR_OCSP_RESPONSE_FOR_CERT_MISSING The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

Restarting computer did nothing Force quitting and restarting Firefox did nothing Turning off HTTPS mode only did nothing Firefox customer service on X doesn't give a rat's ass about helping me

My Android Firefox app suddenly changed the language for the menus. I now can't read the settings options. Can you describe how to change the menu back to English?

When I want to access a particular page the page appears and then immediately disappears. In another instance I can get to a site but some of the links won't work. When I try and use the link the page appears and then quickly an error 500 Message appears. These problems don't exist If I switch to ms edge. This of course is a pain to have to switch prowsers to reach these pages particular with the site that I can enter but can't use some of the links. Would really appreciate your help

Outlook.live.com disrupted by Mozilla multi-container extension. Loads fine when extension off. When extension is on, shortcut that normally loads outlook already signed in now brings you to main microsoft sign on page, but starts launching multiple tabs ad infinitum after you log into that page. Works fine on Brave and other browsers. Started about a month ago. I see no recent complaints in searches. None of the fixes offered in older queries found in searches worked. Are Microsoft and Mozilla having a data access battle? How do I fix this? Really don't want to reinstall Firefox - this will involve hours of re-configuring. Thanks.

When I hover elements, such as text, links, or buttons, the cursor does not change (as in, from the pointer to a hand when hovering over a link, etc.). Well, actually, it does change, but only for a small fraction of a second before returning to the normal pointer. This makes elements on web pages that have hover events almost impossible to use (such as drop-downs like the "Get Help" one at the top of support.mozilla.org) unless I left-click and hold while hovering over the element. This, of course, requires me to click on the element, which might have other consequences.

Hovering works fine with other browsers. This is on an M2 Mac. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox
