removing strange icons that . suddenly appeared

one does not move, and I am afraid to even touch the other one. They appeared suddenly after I downloaded wallpaper. I deleted the wallpaper but the icons remain. ran a scan with lookout which found nothing. I do not want to risk opening them. please, please help me delete them! thank you.
