Many Problems with ZTE Open from Ebay

Do I bought the Orange ZTE Open from Ebay store, I've been testing it and turns out that I restarted only constantly when I start to use it, for example when I open the facebook application, when I try to open the toilet's music, when I go to twitter, when I put a memory micro sd, anyone know why this?

And how I can do the update Firefox OS 1.1, you can or can not be?, I am somewhat sad with this :(, apparently sold us a dream with the ZTE Open, I see no support anywhere.

Could you please elaborate on the issue? I don't understand what the issue is. You can also write your issue in another language that you are fluent in and we can have somebody help you in that language.

El problema que tengo con el ZTE OPen es que se me reinicia y se friza constantemente, por lo que tengo que recurrir estar cada 5 o 10 minutos de uso o quizás menos a estar quitandole la batería para poder reiniciarlo y volver usarlo.

Ya he probado a restaurarlo de fabrica, incluso cuando quiero copiar algo a la sd card se friza, si toco alguna música con el player se friza, si navego por alguna página se friza, si abro el twitter se friza, cualquier cosa que haga se friza el celular, en el único momento en que no se friza el celular es cuando no hago y eso me tiene harto, gasté mi dinero en nada, ya estoy cansado de lo mismo, ¿es eso normal o que?.

Quiero saber si esto es normal en este celular, quien mas le pasa esto, porque si no lo voy a tomar y lo voy a tirar por el inodoro.
