My bookmarks are gone after updating firefox mobile. Can I restore them?

I updated Firefox on my Samsung Galaxy S2, and after opening the new version I discovered my bookmarks were gone. Is there any way I can get them back?

Not sure if this is relevant, but when I look at the Application settings, it shows firefox has about 400MB of data. I have no cleared this data as I feel the bookmark info may be included in that somewhere? But is there any way to access it?

Yes, the bookmarks are no longer showing up there. That is how I had previously accessed them.

Any other suggestions?
