Click on Firefox icon > Add-ons > Extensions

Then choose the extension you want to remove and click on "Disable" or "Remove".

This might be different on your device, but on Gingerbread...

Menu > More > Add-ons

Tap an add-on and two buttons appear: Disable and Uninstall
