Sync keeps rearranging my desktop bookmarks

I have recently installed Firefox for Android on my phone and it has my bookmarks from the bookmarks toolbar in a different order. It then rearranges them on my desktop Firefox. If I move them back it makes no difference and the next time I open Firefox on my desktop it has rearranged them to the incorrect order from the phone version.
