Can I recover data from a Previous synch? - like one from 2 days ago, that has since been overwritten?

I set up synch account from my "main" computer. Then I had the passwords, bookmarks, etc copied over to a different computer. 

 I then deleted some of that information out of firefox on the 2nd computer and inadvertently resynched the data.   Later I I resynched the main computer - which caused that data to be removed from the main computer.  Is there a way I can recover that information from somewhere?
