How do I get rid of the "know your rights" toolbar when Firefox starts. I run firefox on a sunray and the actual session runs on a solaris server, so I need to change this for all sessions that log on to the server.

I look after the solaris server that all the sunray firefox sessions access, so I need to change the default settings for everyone. I would also be interested in knowing if there is a setting for the server to start all sunray firefox sessions in full screen. The server is an Oracle/Sun X4170 and its version 6 of firefox. The installation is on /usr/lib/firefox
