Pop up blocker is not working. How can I add websites to the list of pages I need firefox to block?

this website www.questscan.com keeps popping up every time I go to open a page. I tried going to the tools and then options but it will only let you unblock pages. I need to add this page so it will stop it from interrupting what I'm doing. Your support page is no help at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
