I have been having a lot of problems with my apps., e-mail, etc. and all have suggested a compromised browser (including my security app - McAfee)... these problems have progressively gotten worse as Firefox gets updated which further supports the browser being the culprit for the problems... the problems include crashing, freezing, "not responding", "stop script", cannot update Plug-ins, losing info on specific apps, specific apps not working correctly and the apps not being able to find the cause in their own system, etc., etc., etc. (the list is very long)... I need to completely remove Firefox from my computer and then reload it... how do I do that and how do I do that without losing my settings, bookmarks, and background?
