Cannot print wireless on HP 6383 with that Firefox version 3.5.18

Previously got an issue with a "new version" of Firefox... couldn't print wireless. Solved it by deleting Firefox and downloading an older version. Now again I've printing problem.. Issue is that I don't know if Firefox ugraded to a new version without letting me know.. Can't remember what version was working... I can see printer on computer.. But when I select "print".. nothing. Thanks for your help and ideas..
