After downloading upgrade 4.0.1, "Step 2: Know Your Browser" would not open.

After downloading Firefox upgrade to version 4.0.1, I clicked on "Step 2: Know Your Browser" but it would not open.

All that showed was an outline, with the Firefox logo in the top left corner and a shadow of something in the lower right corner. The rest was blank and there was no video presentation... nothing.
