Where is the Bookmark button that's supposed to be next to the new Home button? Where is the New Tab button with the + on it that was next to the rightmost tab? Where is the Add-on Manager tab?

The Bookmark button that's shown to the right of the Home button on the tutorials seems to be missing. Also missing is the New Tab button with the + that used to be located on the right of the rightmost tab, and is also shown on the tutorials. Also, there is talk of an Add-On Manager tab, but that's missing as well. What happened to all these features? They're discussed in the tutorials, but I don't seem to have them.
