my theme wont work

I had a theme running with Firefox but I noticed it wasn't running for some reason. So I installed it and it still won't run. I also tried installing another theme and it won't run either. I am trying to get the theme Red Cats (Green Flavor) to run and it won't. I have restarted Firefox and it is still not running any theme.
