I can not download Firefox 3.6, because it is a binary file, what is that? and how I could make it work for me? Please help me, thank you.

when I click the green arrow, to download Firefox 3.6, show up a cookie saying this is a binary file, you want to save the file or cancel, so I did not click either, because I do not know what it means "binary file". Thanks for your help.
