to enable queueing in the default download manager

I know that by using extension, we can manage queues in Firefox for downloads. But, for some of the links, the download direclty goes to the default download manager, e.g., YouTube downloads etc. When in default DM, all the downloads are active or if paused, we need to monitor to start the paused downloads
