Very high CPU usage

I have a C# application using Gecko to display web pages.

On the majority of PCs everything works perfectly but on a handful the application regularly hits very high CPU.

Process Explorer shows MOZCRT19.dll as the culprit, with the last thread being FindFontForChar.

When the CPU peaks, the application is not display a web page.

The PCs are running XP with SP3 and FF 3.6.12 and we've tried a complete uninstall and reinstall without success.

Any ideas?
