FF4.ob5 wont launch anymore - well most times; but shows it's running(XP)

All other browsers launch ok , but FireFox 4 beta 5 wont. If i go to uninstall it it says it's already running; but when i check theTask Manager it,s not running in applications, but is in Processes ??
