Emails not sending

Hey,

We use Thunderbird for our business email from MYOB. When emails are being sent from MYOB they are not sending through Thunderbird, so no emails are able to go out.

We had a problem also in December where it would only send 5 emails at a time before it stopped sending and we had to come back after a time to be able to send only another 5 invoices out.

I have cleared out a whole years worth of emails, restarted the program, restarted the computer and nothing seems to be working.

Can you please look into this urgently as we are unable to send out invoices, which is impacting the business.
