All logins passwords and bookmarks disappeared from my Android phone after the latest Mozilla update (version 120.1.0).

On the phone version I can't locate any previous Profiles to check whether the filesight be there. In fact it was necessary to revert to my trusty handwritten paper password list to even login to write this query.

I have updated Firefox/Mozilla every time an update was announced.

This is not the reliability I would expect from Mozilla and I hope you can help me to recover these files.

Hi Sandrine

You should find your saved credentials from the Firefox for Android menu:

  • Select Settings
  • Logins and passwords
  • Saved logins

I hope that this helps.

That was exactly what I was doing---as always. That is the standard way to find logins, and certainly very familiar to me. However, the result was an empty page (with circulating arrow). Also, the bookmarks section had a notice that there were no bookmarks, and would not accept a new bookmark. However, when I finally restarted the phone both bookmarks and logins reappeared. Not sure what was going on as they absolutely were gone previously, and the pages for them informed me they were empty. Happy for the result though!
