When I have a link with soft hyphens, and when the link breaks at the hyphen, the hyphen comes out without the underline.

I tried to force underline by wrapping the soft hyphen with a styled span tag, but it's not working.

Whereas in Brave the hyphen comes out underlined, which is what I need.
