Sorry. I will try again. I was using Iolo byepass which is a password manager. The program installed a updated version of Firefox , which promptly crashed. This left me with a computer running windows 10 which could not reset byepass or use my recovery code to reset it. Iolo has been no help to me at all. I have tried many times to get help from Iolo, but they are not able to understand my problem. My problem is I am not able to use my recovery code to reset Byepass, so I can disable it. I do not intend to ever try it again. It is still installed but not responsive. Hope this helps. Thanks

This problem is on my computer running Windows 10. The problem started when Byepass installed Firefox update. Does this help. It doesn’t look like you noticed that.
