Everything i play a video it flips the screen horizontally when i want it vertically. I've read about "about:config" but that does nothing. I've read about taping 5 times on the Firefox logo to unlock debug menu, that did unlock it but didn't give me the option i needed.

Is there a way to have the video play without automatically flipping the screen horizontally? Surely there is that seems like a massive oversight if you cannot.

Hopefully someone can help, thanks !

Hi

Do you have a link you can share to the video that you wish to play?

(You will not need about:config ot the debug menu to fix this.)

Literally any video, i can pick for example a random video on Youtube and once it's fullscreen i can't flip it vertically.

I forgot to mention in the original post that this issue is only when i go fullscreen.

If you are selecting "full screen", the video will enlarge to make more use of the screen, which more often than not will be a landscape view

If you take the video out of full screen, you will be able to see it in a portrait orientation.
