Problem with multiple copies loading. I finally gave up, uninstalled, cleaned the computer and rebooted. It still won't install a fresh copy because the prompt keeps saying old Firefox is still open. Now, I've all of my tabs and bookmarks (laptop) - desktop is still working. Very frustrating.
