password synchronisation
A friend purchased a new Windows 10 PC yesterday. I installed Thunderbird but he had forgotten the password to his sky email account. Sky helped him set up a new password. When we tried to install Thunderbird it did not recognise his new password during the registration process. We reset the password in Thunderbird on his old PC as per the help info and this worked. However when we went back to the new PC Thunderbird still did not recognise the new password. Both devices were powered off between changes as we were using the old screen on both. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
