Firefox focus will not download attachments to protonmail

Hi, love much about firefox focus BUT when open I open my professional protonmail account and have attachments, message says either “firefox focus would like to open an app” to download it (but don’t know what or how to add one OR just says “access denied.” Ideas please? In either case, not able to view them. Thanks for any help!
