I used to have Firefox awhile back and I really liked your app but I noticed at the time someone was messing with my settings and add-ons and they didn't stop so that's why I quit using it. This was over 3yrs ago. I ran across an old email address that I had also lost years ago. Here lately I've been finding accounts that I couldn't access at all then. I understand your policy and I don't want trouble for anyone. I'm 56 yrs old, I have 5 grown children and they all are on their own, my husband and I are the only ones who live in our house. For 3 yrs I've been asking and begging for help because I ended up finding out I definitely have someone accessing my data pretty much full control over everything. I actually got so excited when I was reading your short story about pertection. I thought thank goodness I finally have someone who can help me. I only own a Android device. No ipad, tablets, computers nor an apple iPhone. I've been through at least 8-9 phones trying to get rid of these people. Infact I'm pretty sure I know who's doing this but I don't know who will help me prove it. I've never been so bullied and put down all the time through their messages to me and when I was getting messages from apps about children and violence it made me so sick. I'm a good person and I'm not like that at all. I'm the type of person who would give you my shirt off my back if you needed it. Believe me I've reported to Fed's about identity theft, talked to local police here about what's going on plus called Google, Amazon and Facebook. I just can't get anyone to help. Honestly I really don't use my phone that much but every once in awhile I'll jump on here. But that's the truth.
