On 07/24/21 I purchased Mozilla Firefox VPN service that stopped working on 07/24/21. Without a response for a attempted resolution I had to purchase again the same service on 07/28/21. If Mozzilla company had tech support process that would not have happened even though I attempted to have that processed then. Payment of service not rendered will be found thru IC3 who then will forward that to the FTC. Afterwards if not satisfied with Mozzilla VPN company will leave no option but have this forwarded to the BBB. Without the customer's rights the company has no priveledge in this matter. Mozilla Firefox VPN service can have their tech support person's look at the emails sent from the company on 07/24/21 & 07/28/21. Due to reasoning stemmed from hackers while using Firefox browsers & search engine needs to be adapted with tools that are compatible with IC3 & the FTC. My name is Charles Grant.
