Can't sign in to firefox sync, can't log in to email to get 6 digit code because I used sync to manage it's password

I tried signing in on a machine with unmatched SSH keys and now I am locked out. I am wondering if there is an alternative way for me to prove my identity (picture of me with my passport for example) and resolve the log in issue.
