Through last week, I was able to listen to online podcasts like: https://www.nytimes.com/column/the-daily https://www.thisamericanlife.org/

As of this morning, neither website allows me to listen using Firefox. I can on Safari but not Firefox. On the New York Times The Daily website, it says: The selected audio format is currently not supported in this browser.
