Archiving messages

Can't archive any single message since 2019 from Received folder. All accounts are POP. Received folder is arranged. Bin is empty.

After pushing 'A' button a message apears: Not enough room for receiving new messages. Delete old messages, empty bin, arrange folders and try again.
