OS - Linux Mint 20.1 Thunderbird 78.7.1

Whenever I start TB, I get a tab with the Thunderbird Privacy Notice web page in addition to my inbox tab. I have read the notice and no longer want it to appear. I have tried deleting session.json to no avail. What can I do to stop this tab from appearing?
