Firefox Hanging on AMD laptop

Every once in a while it hangs and have to force shut down the computer it happens on watching videos or regular websites it hangs in a way that cant move the mouse or see any activity from the HDD led or do anything it s just frozen in there.

my laptop is HP 14 DK1003DX AMD Silver 3050U with Radeon graphics 4 gb ram and 480 ssd WD M.2
