HI, I can see you are taking monthly payments for VPN access from my personal account, but when I try to login, I'm asked to sign up using a card.

Could you either cancel the charges or give me access please.

Hello,

Once you download the VPN client from vpn.mozilla.org, you’ll be prompted to sign in to the Firefox account you used to purchase your Mozilla VPN subscription. Make sure you are logging into the correct Firefox account. Once you download the client, the installer should guide you through the rest.
