ics file from Outlook 2019 cannot be imported to TB as an event

I have an ICS file which (as its sender informed me) was created from Outlook 2019 and is not importable to TB 78.5.0 (64-bit). Here are its contents (names and emails have been changed for obvious reasons):

BEGIN:VCALENDAR METHOD:REQUEST PRODID:-//Mozilla//Mozilla Mail//EN VERSION:2.0 BEGIN:VEVENT UID:040000008200e00074c5b7101a82e00800000000d0fecce4e9bcd6010000000000000000100000007362c8852a8877448a79b04ade3c5de9 SEQUENCE:1 ORGANIZER;PARTSTAT=ACCEPTED;ROLE=CHAIR;CN="Sender":mailto:sender@email.com ATTENDEE;PARTSTAT=NEEDS-ACTION;ROLE=REQ-PARTICIPANT;RSVP=TRUE;CN="Recipient":mailto:"recipient@email.com" SUMMARY:meeting LOCATION: DTSTART:20201120T100000Z DTEND:20201120T110000Z CREATED:20201119T161659Z END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR

Drag-n-drop on to calendar opens a new event, without any of the information contained in the .ics though. Menu Events'n'Tasks/Import informs me that "There are no importable items in this file."

I hope that this report is counted as a bug report.
