how to copy stored FireFox links to bland CD

So frustrated, I have been involved in IT and written back up help for many programs for State of CA. The help on Firefox is so outdated that one cannot find instructions for current versions of FireFox, the community info is from 2006, 2013, instead of 2020.

I have stared a group of people raising vegetables in their backyard to feed the community that is homeless or economically disadvantaged.

All I want to do is copy the folder of links I created on Firefox to a blank CD so it can be share with others. Why is this so hard to find a solution????????
