Making home screen shortcuts is a very nice feature. But when changing to a new phone is it not possible to transfer all the links as well? Are the information not stored/accessible anywhere? Any "easy" way to extract the hyperlinks would be acceptable but not having to open each individual one and manually copying the hyperlink. Hope someone can help :)
