I Have Problem With My Account After Update/Upgrade p
Prior to my recent update of my Firefox browser for Android which I don't know whether it is Beta or not. My Firefox account profile picture is usually displayed on the top right corner of the page, where I can sign in, open any of my bookmarks or sync data from my phone to my account.
Since the last update, my Firefox account is no longer available as it used to be. My previous bookmarks are not available, likewise sync activity cannot be carried out. I will also like to know whether the Support account is different from the Firefox account. I am asking this question because the same profile picture used for my Firefox account is currently being displayed on the top right corner of my support page as I write this post.
In view of this development, I am seeking the assistance of the Support Team to help me restore my Firefox account.
