Wrong correspondent when sending to address list

When I send an email to an address list, including myself as a check, the "Corresponent" field holds the recipients instead of my email information. When I receive it, the "Correspondent" field says that it is from "-> undisclosed-recipients" if I use Bcc or includes the entire list of addresses if I use "To:"

Obviously I want it to show that it is from me rather than the people that I am sending it to. How do I fix this?
