My Mozilla VPN won't launch when I click on the icon.
My Mozilla VPN icon used to come up when I clicked on it so I could turn it on. Today it isn't coming up at all. I restarted the laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled the VPN, but nothing is helping. I'm using Windows 10.

Out of curiosity, was there a Windows update that went through?
No there wasn't. I have this VPN on my laptop where the problem occurred and also on my desktop. Both have Windows 10. Only the laptop is affected.
Can you send us a screenshot of the issue?
I'm attaching a picture of my Start where the VPN is located. My pointer is pointing to it on the screen. There's really nothing else to show. When I click on VPN nothing happens.
Do other programs open?
If you scroll down and find Mozilla VPN and click on it, does it open?
If you search for Mozilla VPN and click on it, does it open?
Also, if you search for it, can you right click on it and open its file location?
I scrolled down in the Start menu, found Mozilla VPN and clicked on it. It didn't open. Then I right-clicked on it and clicked "open." Nope. Then I tried running it as an Administrator. Nope. Then I went to the programs folder where it's located and tried all those things on it there. Nope. Then I tried to troubleshoot compatibility. It tried to run it using Windows 8 - without success. The little blue thingy (see how computer savvy I am?) keeps spinning round and then disappears. No VPN.
I've already rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing's working so far. This is my 5th device that I'm allowed for this app. I uninstalled the device (it installed just fine previously) and now I can't open the program to reinstall it as one of the five devices.

Can you delete the files in the programs folder for Mozilla VPN then install it again?
Also, try removing the connected device from your list of registered devices. See How to add devices to your Mozilla VPN subscription

Thanks for trying Andrew. I did what you said but it still won't work. I went ahead and contacted the support team. Hopefully they can do something.
