On my Galaxy S20+ phone MMS text messages do not come through. It shows a message, with a "Download" link. Clicking it doesn't get the message. When I turn Mozilla VPN off, the message comes through. I had the same problem with NordVPN (a different company) and changing to use UDP solved the problem. I see no option for that in Mozilla VPN. Any suggestions?

The behavior you are experiencing with the Mozilla VPN preventing your MMS from going through is odd and we'd love to learn more about it.

To do so, please can log in to accounts.firefox.com with the Firefox account associated with the subscription, next to subscriptions, click on manage and you will have the option to Contact Support. Please make sure to share your device details (model and OS) along with the Mozilla VPN version you have installed.
