Losing emails when moving to folder

I've noticed lately that some of the emails I move from my sent folder to the specific job folder disappear in the process. It looks like it may only affect some of the emails sent to a certain email address, but I don't know those to be the only ones. Some emails get moved fine, but others disappear.

I was getting worried that I may not have sent them out, but the recipient did reply to it so that confirmed that the email was sent out and received by them. Yet when I did a search through all my folders, I couldn't find the missing email. Not good.

This is for release 68.10.0 (32-bit - for some reason?). Help?
