This new "Lockwise" is a nightmare for the average web surfer. I have never had a problem with the old style password manager built into the older versions. Now, all my usernames/passwords are gone and even the new ones that I save disappear after a day or 2. I've researched everywhere and all the work arounds are too complicated for us old schoolers. Maybe the geeks of the world have no problem, but that doesn't help us. I have triple checked all my settings in the options and all are right. It is very annoying to have to reset all my passwords because you felt the need to change something that didn't need changing. I think it's time for another update to offer Lockwise as an option only. So my question is this. How do I recover all my lost usernames and passwords and how do I stop this from re-occurring? And please, speak street talk, not geek talk.
